All Purchases are Subjected to the Following Terms and Conditions:
Our Turn around time is 2-3 weeks from the time your order is paid in full unless stated otherwise. Please note your item could be delayed due to garments being out of stock. Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your item is fulfilled for porch pickup(all porch pickups are in the brown tote on my front porch) or if your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order is fulfilled with a tracking confirmation number. Once items are shipped and have left my house, I have nothing to do with them or the time frame of when they will be delivered to you. Items could be delayed due to COVID-19 or any natural disaster. If your item is delayed and/or lost you will need to contact USPS for that information for the status of your package.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE GARMENT (i.e. Hole in shirt, Rip, ETC) YOU HAVE 24 HRS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIEVE THE GARMENT TO LET US KNOW, AND WE WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. AFTER 24 HRS, WE WILL NOT FIX THE GARMENT! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please make sure you fill out your order with complete and accurate information, as this information is used for shipping information. If your information is inaccurate and not shipped correctly this will delay the process of receiving your items. Our shop does not credit for lost, stolen, damaged items. If your item is sent back due to inaccurate information you must repay shipping to ship to correct address.
All CUSTOM orders we have a 3 try minimum to get your colors/order correct after that there will be a $15/charge for that design until your design is correct. If your items have been printed and/ or ordered and you cancel your order you are responsible for paying for those items. All prices are subject to change due to increase in apparel and/or shipping.
